Motivation

I wanted to learn more about how corporate tech systems and architecture worked. How can we better scale and automate? How can we ensure security of the product in the design?
What better way to learn than to join the tech industry and get the cross sectional view that product security and CI/CD pipelines give

What I learned

• The importance of wellbeing in good decision making
• Importance of personal branding and creating a network and nurturing connections across departments in a large organisation
• The impact systematic improvements can have to stability of complex systems through well thought out policies
• You don't have to wait for someone to own a project or product. Take the initiative and start building. This helps people see the vision and buy in which leads to getting it done!
